Isaac Kiehl's Day Off

So let me clear something up.  You’ve seen the commercial (if you’ve watched TV in the last 4 months) for the “Iron Gym.”  Now I made this purchase at my local CVS store on Christmas Day, so it’s been just over a month.  I’ve seen “Perfect Pushup” but I hate doing pushups and the thought of buying a machine that just does pushups really sucks.  So I got the all-in-one Iron Gym for $30.  You can do like 3 different pullups as well as pushups, crunches and other things I haven’t discovered yet.  Well now there are the ab straps to work on your abs a little harder.  Doesn’t come with the Iron Gym.  They are “free” but you have to send a check for $7.99 for shipping and handling.  I got them today and the box was so light I should have kept $5 so they obviously aren’t free.  They make some money.  But I’m not here to rag on the price and rip off;  I’m saying it’s worth it.  Good ab workout and although I’ll never have a six pack, i can feel better after eating Wendy’s and doing some cool ab workout where I hang in the air and look all future-istic.  Sweet.
